MALE Leigh Malinowski
I came in to the challenge feeling pretty hopeless about having any chance to be successful in hitting my goals, having tried to make positive changes what feels like a million times in the last few years. The first day felt like
any other challenge or diet or whatever I had tried before. Thought about chucking it in... thought I would check out the Facebook page while I was tossing up whether to hit up McDonald’s or KFC. Reading through comments of
people being positive about what they are doing, and supporting others as well, made me feel invested in what I was doing and why I was doing it.
I committed to doing the first two weeks and see how it went. Surprisingly after two weeks, I was not even thinking about stopping. I was focused on the change that I felt, which was mostly mental at that point as the physical
changes were pretty minimal. I was focussed on hitting a faster time to do 5k or getting out and doing things with the kids, rather than sitting on my backside wishing I could eat a donut. It got easier, I hit targets and I
felt good. Towards the end of the challenge I thought I would be hanging out for the last day to be done so I could relax my new lifestyle a bit, but I am feeling so much healthier that I want to keep doing what I am doing.
I have already registered my interest for the next challenge as I want to keep going. There are plenty of goals I still have and changes I want to make. In the last eight weeks though, I have developed confidence in myself and
what I can achieve.
FEMALE Martina McClelland
What a fantastic experience! I did it! From 98kg to 91kg so 7kg down and at least a dress size smaller! Am stoked with the results! From the first visit to the local Nutrition Warehouse in Rothwell, QLD I knew I was onto something different this time than just another ‘diet’. The staff was amazing and so helpful with any questions I had. When I tasted my first breakfast on day one I felt like I was having a desert and lunch was simply amazing! In fact I couldn’t believe I get to eat all this and still make a change to my body !? Rice? Bread? Deserts? Wow! I have never once felt hungry during this challenge and for the first time in my life I experienced no cravings for anything at all!! Before the challenge I felt constantly tired, bloated, depressed, frustrated with my weight, angry because no clothes were fitting me right and I was just pure miserable! In fact the look on my face on the before photo says it all! The saddest part was I was struggling to keep up with my 2 young boys. I knew I have to do something and fast! So after a friend mentioned this challenge and the fantastic experience she had in the previous one I decided to give it a go- I had nothing to loose and everything to gain!
Our garage became my gym, toys got moved out of the way and I got my workouts done before the rest of the family got up. I followed the beginners workout plan with few home workouts thrown into the mix. First workout was challenging but made me even more determined to stick to the program. I couldn’t believe how quickly I was able to do more. Each week I lifted heavier, each week I could do one push up more, my burpees were all of a sudden possible to do? ( I struggled to do just one in my first week!) I learned I can jump rope! However the biggest change is in my mental attitude- I am HAPPY and positive and somehow even though I still have a long way to go I stopped hating my body, I stopped focusing on the negative, on excuses and instead I find how I can get things done. I found it CAN be done-with the 2 kids and sleepless nights, with being struck by flu and high temperatures in week 2, with 2 weeks holiday in America, with battling plantar fasciitis! This is it for me, I’m not stopping, in fact this is just the beginning for me! Finally I found something where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! I have learned so much in these 60days- how important consistency is, how to always find a way, how crucial the meal prep is to your success, how the right supplements can help along the way and how positive mind set can make all the difference!
Cannot begin to describe how helpful the private facebook group was along the way. Where everyday people share their stories, photos, advice, personal struggles, victories, challenges and encouragements. Wow that was powerful! In the World with so much negativity, body shaming and finger pointing having a group of people from all corners of Australia cheering one another on was amazing!! Thank you! So grateful to the friend who told me about this challenge and beyond thankful to all who made this challenge possible! So excited to start the next one!
MALE Ryan Dalsanto
All my adult life and most of my teenage years I have been overweight, my self esteem has always been low and have never been comfortable in my own skin. I've always dreamed of being slimmer and "buff" but my problem with emotional
eating and drinking has always been there to crush that dream! On January 2017 I decided that is it, it's now or never. now is the time to do something about my weight and health before I end up another statistic. heart disease
is a big problem in my family along with obesity and the amount of family members I have lost due to this scares me. So I set out to break the chain. I want to see my children grow up and live their lives. For one year I slogged
away at the gym not knowing what I was really doing and eating what I thought was healthy and lost 20kg, to say I was proud of my achievements is an understatement! but I still wasnt happy within myself.
Then enter the Nutrition Warehouse 60day body Challange! I decided to give it a shot! what have i got to loose other then more weight right? and yes I lost weight! but to me the most valuable thing I will take away from this challange
is what I gained!! knowledge!! I have learnt so much over the course of this challange! I would never have thought I actually needed to eat more food to loose weight! Also the information from Hags and Hendos Q & A every
Wednesday about supplements, how they work and what's right for me was extremely helpful to newbie like myself. The proof is in the numbers that this works! it's taken me 60 days to loose the same amount of weight I lost in
one year previously! following the meal and training plans, taking the right supplements and the support from both the coaches and fellow members you are on to a winner! There were many times I felt like giving up during the
challange but the support and motivation from the online forum kept me going! I honestly couldn't have done this without everyone's support! I cant wait for the next challange, I have set my goals already and im committed to
hit them! Thank you to everyone involved in the 60day body challange, this has changed my life!
FEMALE Rachael Dalton
I don't even know where to begin! This challenge has been awesome. This is my second 60 Day Body challenge. In the first one I achieved great things too, but this one has been next level ! I absolutely loved the support and advice
from the group and the coaches, it really helped to compliment the actual program! So this challenge I really focused on eating to fuel my workouts and it has made such a difference. I sleep better, feel better and look better.
My husband and I had our second child 9 months ago and we also have a 3 year old son. At the start of the challenge I also returned to work form maternity leave, so like everyone else I have had challenges. In the past eating
healthy and exercising would have been the first thing to be removed from my full schedule but now its actually what helps me keep everything together. I can honestly say I am a completely different person. I feel like I have
proven that there really is no limitations to finding success, if you want it, you can get it ! Thanks so much to Nutrition Warehouse, the coaches and all the other challengers for making this challenge amazing!
MALE Adam Tobin
Since I was young I watched my father go from a fit, lean guy to quite unfit and overweight. Now he is in his early sixties, he has a lot of health problems. He is taking up to ten tablets a day. His weight, food choices and lack
of exercise has been a significant contributor. Now at the start of my forties and with three beautiful daughters (aged 1, 5 and 7) I want to ensure that I can not only educate them about healthy living but be around and actively
able to maximise my time with them. Personally, I had double hip surgery five years ago which stopped me doing any exercise. I then started eating poorly, drinking and generally feeling a little sorry for myself. It was time
to make a change. I took a big step last year then relapsed and went back to my bad habits from before.
Enter this challenge! Wow how amazing it has been. My challenge didn’t start well. I sprained my back doing a deadlift in the first week, which took me 9 days to recover. I couldn’t lift weights for this period, but I could walk
and follow the food plan which is what I did. The last 6 weeks have been fantastic. The training has been unbelievable and I have really enjoyed the way the program has been tailored with supersets and a different body part
each day. There have been the normal temptations of birthdays etc but i have stayed strong during those.
The challenge has really changed my life and has been easy to follow. The support provided from the website, fellow challengers, experts and my family has been amazing. Absolutely rapt with not only my final result but the education
I can now take and use for life. My final results: I started the challenge at 94.5 and finished at 86.4kg. I have lost 8.1kg and put on a stack of muscle. Thanks to Nutrition Warehouse for the supps and guidance. I will be
definitely recommending this to my friends and family.
FEMALE Aiden Johnstone
My journey has been a long and slow one up until this challenge. Thankfully a friend showed me this program when I really needed it. I never thought I would actually make it through the first two weeks let alone the entire challenge.
In preparation for this challenge I was terrified of the commitment involved as a wife, mum of two beautiful girls and I work full time, thankfully I just decided to try. For many years I blamed my pregnancies for my body and
managed to blame everything and everyone except for myself. This challenge has made me aware that I got this way because I made bad choices on my own. Time to take responsibility. I suffer from anxiety and have been through
post-natal depression with the birth of my first child. I have bad self-esteem and regularly put myself down in front of my two girls. I would look in the mirror and be repulsed at the person standing there. This was a huge
driver for me as I need to raise my children to love themselves for who they are and the best way I can do that is by modelling that behaviour.
In the last eight weeks I have been at breaking point many times and wanted to quit but somehow persevered. Week four was the hardest as I felt like nothing had changed, until day 30 when I took a progress photo, and that’s where
it all changed. I was so blown away by my progress that I realised ‘I CAN DO THIS’ I struggled more though week 5 and then suddenly I started feeling obsessed with my health and fitness and felt strong all over. The progress
within my mind had finally caught up with my body progress. I love that this challenge has helped make incredible changes to my mindset and physical appearance but the best was seeing my children and husband admire the dedication
I put into it each day. I have learnt so much about nutrition and fitness from this program which i think is key to helping me maintain my progress until the next challenge. I have NO valid excuses. I can finally say I am learning
to love me and my body and although my body isn’t where it needs to be, it’s on its way.

My motivation for doing the 60 day challenge is to build fitness to trek the El Camino in Spain to raise money for Stroke victims. I am embarking on the ‘Steps for Stroke’ El Camino trek in the honor of my grandfather and to help
the Mater Foundation raise money to investigate how to assist stroke patients with recovery and greatly improve their quality of life. My grandfather was a Bank Manager who I was in awe of due to his presence. His first stroke
transformed a physically fit highly intelligent individual to one who became reliant on others and could no longer live by himself due to fatigue. I started the 60 day challenge weighing 112 kilos and at 49 years of age you
could say that I had enjoyed myself over the years.
The 60 day challenge provided the foundation to change my eating habits and introduce regular exercise in to my life by connecting me with everyday Aussies who also wanted to challenge themselves for a better quality of life. I
purchased one of the supplement packs (favorite would have to be Amino Switch Zesty Lemondade) loved the recipes, exercised daily and read the daily facebook comments from others in the challenge for motivation. After 60 days
I broke 100 and got down to 98 kilos dropping 13% of my body weight and better than that I am fitter than I have been since my twenties. I no longer breath heavy walking up the steps at the train station, joined a local Parkrun
and now run regularly 5 kilometres under 30 minutes. Thank you team and all the participants of the 60 day challenge as I am now very confident of not only finishing the trek along the El Camino but enjoying every step of it.

Nearly tipping the scales at 100 kilos and moving onto 40 in a few years I thought it was time to start looking after myself, so I can be around a lot longer and be there for my young children. My journey started about a yr ago
when I joined F45 Nowra and haven’t looked back. Of course there were days I was in pain, my muscles ached , didn’t want to go or made myself sick from pushing myself but I’m so glad I did. I now have reached 70 kilos and only
have 5 more kilos go to reach my original goal. I try to train early morning to set the day and usually helps me clear my mind. Some days I would push myself and go 2,3 times a day I since have decreased. To monitor my progress
I regularly have a dexa body scan and this would give me an indication on how many cms I have lost and in what body areas it’s come off.
Along my journey have have used pre-workouts and protein supplements usually EHP labs, but other then that good clean fresh food eating and portion control is the key. Meal prepping your food is a much easier way to keep on top
of it all. I like to eat foods like grilled chicken salad or veggies. My family are more active and live a healthier life. I feel I have done the hard yards now it is just about maintaining and keeping the weight off and staying

I did this 60 day challenge because my partner wanted someone else to do it with her thinking that it was silly but as we started it grew on me and i was feeling better and better. The meal prep was easy and didnt take that long
to do get into the routine of things. Not only did i surprise myself i surprised most of my family and friends because they thought i could never do such a thing. At the end of it all i now think that it was worth while doing
and its made a better me. I feel a thousand times better than before the challange more energy and i have lost some weight as well which is a plus.

My 60 day body journey was great! Having two children under 2 I don't really get to do much for myself, so the challange was an awesome way for me to start to work on my self esteem. I'm 10kg down thanks to the 60 day challange
and I'm feeling great for the first time in a long time!!! I absolutely love training at the gym now and I don't plan on stopping anytime soon :) I've got a long way to go but looking at the photo comparison I'm super happy
with my progress. I can't thank the 60 day body team enough for putting together this awesome program!!!
